Hungry Tapir started in the autumn of 2022. As 4 Southeast Asians who wanted to bring a taste of home to the UK, we sell a range of snacks, desserts and drinks all based in Southeast Asian culture.

Our signature products include The Pandan Kaya and our own blend of Hong Kong Milk Tea - which of course are our own personal favourites from home!

We started our business selling at the indoor food market Upmarket in Brick Lane, London because of its central location and vintage shopping scene. But now we’re branching out! We also operate at the East Village food market located at Victory Parade, Stratford, organised by Urban Food Fest.
