How should I store the Kaya?

We do not use any preservatives in our Kaya, so to keep your jar of Kaya jam happy and tasty for as long as possible, it’s important to always store it in the fridge, even when unopened! We hand make each jar of Kaya weekly through small batches in East London so that you receive the freshest Kaya you can get your hands on.

If unopened and kept in the fridge, it will last for up to a month. Once opened, consume within 1 - 2 weeks.
