Our Kaya is made with imported coconut milk and pandan leaves from Indonesia, premium gula melaka, rock sugar, and egg yolks. Although Kaya is traditionally made using whole eggs, we chose to only use egg yolks for its richer flavour!
In our vegan Kaya, we swap out egg yolks for tofu which keeps the Kaya thick and creamy, but with a slightly nutty taste from the soy beans in tofu.
